Hamilton .-10.June.2005.- In Hamilton, police has discovered that a group of teenagers was maintaining a private network using webcams and instant messaging programs where they peep at each other masturbating and later having sexual intercourse. They called it The Safe Sex Club and used the service for at least two years.
The rules were simples, everyone online, doing whatever they want to please themselves and observing the others. No physical contact, no parents allowed. The activities were exposed recently when a sixteen-years-old boy member of the Safe Sex Club alleged the distribution of a video from his ex-girlfriend (also 16) having sexual intercourse.
Police says that the situation is controversial, since masturbating online in front of other under-18 is not actually a crime, but only if it involves adults or video is broadcasted.
